Document Management

Documents are organized into a structured hierarchy: Unit - Knowledge Base - Document Group - Document, combined with metadata (keywords, descriptions, labels, etc.) to optimize searchability and semantic linking.

Metadata-based Search

iKnow allows users to search for documents based on pre-assigned metadata, including: document name, issuing organization, document type, creator, last updated date, category, or content group. Metadata search is ideal when users have specific search criteria.

Semantic Search (Deep Search)

Users describe the content they are looking for, and iKnow analyzes the overall intent and semantics to retrieve relevant documents—even if the title or content does not contain the exact keywords.

Knowledge Base Exploration

Users select specific documents and ask questions in natural language. The GenAI Assistant will retrieve, synthesize, and answer based strictly on the selected scope, optimizing accuracy.

Reference Sources

All GenAI Assistant responses include citations from original documents, including the document name, location (page number), and a link to view the source. This helps users easily verify information and context, ensuring reliability for administrative, legal, or decision-making tasks.
